Sir Grout was the only company I could find that had the necessary expertise and willingness to remove and replace the grout in my master shower, and it looks awesome now.

I was reluctant to try Sir Grout due to my own and other friend's prior experience with grout cleaning companies, but I was so impressed with Chris that I decided to give them a try!

Wow! I was surprised as they did such an exceptional job. Our floors look like new, and I was shocked by how dirty they actually were. I attached the before and after on just two of our floors. I also found them very fair, and so far I really trust them.

Chris (estimator) was excellent & Jerome (technician) was 5+ stars. Too early to comment on the long term but seeing Jerome's technique & the materials used I am highly optimistic for the long term results. I suggest checking back in a couple of years. In the meantime our shower looks fantastic.

Unfortunately, our grout developed mold and required constant cleaning just 4 years after our house in Florida was built. We contacted two contractors who said, "It's Florida and that will happen". Sir Grout took care to remove all the grout. They cleaned and sealed the whole very large shower. It looks brand new! We are very pleased and certainly recommend Sir Grout.
