Our condo is mostly tile, 18. The grout was not coming back looking clean after we cleaned and scrubbed it. I asked them for a quote for restraining it. I appreciated the time taken to explain the process and choose the right color, no rushing. The price was reasonable and the workers were professional in dealing with us. The tile itself came out great from their cleaning and the grout is very pleasing. It looks like new flooring!
