I started off on a bad foot because I made a mistake on the date of arrival. Dirk was so understanding so he arranged for our appointment to be fixed to our liking.
Today, at about 8 AM Jerome arrived first. Introducing himself and what he would do. He began moving some things and about 10 mins later his partner, Pedro arrived. Two of the most efficient and true gentlemen. They went to work and finished my entire job before 2 PM. I highly recommend the company and i definitely recommend Jerome and Pedro. Very hard working men.

We had to choose between jackhammering up our floor and restoration with Sir Grout. We definitely made the right choice by having the floor restored. Great service and smart, experienced staff. The floors look great. Every home with extensive tile should have these guys come in every 7 to 10 years, at least. Well worth the cost.

I am going to tell you, our floors look like we just had new tile put int. Our 20 year old original tiles look brand new. They did a great job and saved us thousands of dollars by not having to purchase new tile. Thank you Sir Grout! Definitely will refer people you way.
