Chris was absolutely amazing. Arrived 10 minutes ahead of scheduled time; you usually have to wait hours for a service person to show up; pleasantly surprised he was there ready to go! He is very friendly and professional; thoroughly explaining how the process of tile cleaning, grout coloring and sealing would go. He did an excellent job, transforming our old tile and dark looking grout into a product that looks brand new. We would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone we know and want to give kudos to Chris; he was the best! Dirk was also very helpful in setting up the appointment, explaining the process, following up and sending a thank you email right after it was done. Very impressed with both of them. We have dealt with many companies and workers since Hurricane Ian; they were the best.
