These folks are unbelievable. Prompt timely service appts, accurate quotes, but most importantly, the work is essentially beyond belief. Not exaggerating here. Had a 25-year-old bathroom that looked like, well, a 25-year-old bathroom; grout was dirty and discolored in the bathroom and the shower was no better off.

Wife had been fighting with the shower for years with various spray cleaners, each was more toxic than the next and didn't do much. Sir Grout just left our home, and the bathroom looks brand new, no lie. Wife couldn't be any happier, and that's all I care about! Honestly though, simply incredible job. The space literally looks brand new.

Sir Grout representatives arrived early, started in immediately, and finished the job well ahead of time. Great job with our floors and shower stall, they were very nice men and gave us a lot of instructions on how to maintain our floors.

We had our kitchen, foyer, and three bathroom floors resealed as well as two bathroom showers. Sean did a great job on the floors. Jerome did an excellent job on the bathroom tile and is a perfectionist! Would highly recommend Jerome!
