My husband and I had our tile floors cleaned and restored by Sir Grout this week, and we are really, REALLY happy with the results. Before starting, we'd gotten quotes from two companies, Sir Grout and another. Both companies were very professional.

For Sir Grout, our quote was given by Chris. He showed up on time, actually a bit early, and was professional, presentable, and very knowledgeable. The quotes from both companies were similar, with a slight edge to Sir Grout, and we chose them because we liked Chris, and he'd been very responsive to a few texts we'd sent him about the work.

Because we had travel conflicts, we scheduled the job about six weeks from getting the quote. I thought we might have to follow up with Sir Grout to be sure we were still in the queue, but no, we did not. They followed up with us, and everything went very smoothly.

Sean and Christian showed up on time, actually a little early again. Sean ran through the whole drill with us, so we had complete expectations for what our day was going to be. Like Chris, he was also very professional, nice, and knowledgeable.

Sean and Christian were at our house all day because we had our whole house done. They worked with perfection and did a fantastic job. Our floors look amazing!

As a side note, we had a problem with a couple of tiles, which Sean had noticed and told us about before even starting the work. Three days after the job was done, Sean reached back out to us to provide a referral for the problem tiles if we needed one.

The fact that he was even thinking about our house after completing our work is clearly a sign that he values his customers. We would highly recommend these guys again without hesitation, and we're so happy with our beautiful floors. Thank you, Sir Grout!

The Sir Grout team cleaned, painted and sealed all floors, showers and kitchen backsplash. It looks beautiful! The team of technicians arrived on time, worked quietly and efficiently, and completed the job in one day.

They consulted with me every step of the way, including choosing appropriate grout colors for each location, and left sample bottles of the grout paint and sealer for me to use should a touch-up be necessary in the future. I highly recommend Sir Grout.

Our appointment was set for 8 a.m. on August 14th. The three-man crew arrived promptly at 7:45, impressive. It was an all-day job; they did not rush. They were very professional, polite, and aimed to please. And WOW! What a fabulous job!

The floors look brand new. They were also very informative on upkeep. Their products work fantastic. Yes, we were very impressed, but most impressive was the way they respect their Boss, the owner, which is a rarity in today's world.

We just had the floor grout repaired, recolored, and resealed by Sir Grout. Sean and Christian were on time and courteous. They did an excellent job recommending a color choice and explaining after-care very well. They worked well and quickly.

They started work at 8:30 a.m. and completed it by 2 p.m. We are thrilled with the final results. The floors look new! Dolly loves the work, too!

Our new build had beautiful (rather expensive) porcelain tile installed that the builder and subs did not protect with paper, clean, treat or seal. I had no idea why I could not keep the floors and grout clean, though I mopped daily! I even purchased a steam cleaner that did nothing.

We had Sir Grout come out to clean and seal all of our porcelain tile. I can't believe the difference! The tile is gorgeous and so easy to keep clean. I highly recommend them.
