I cannot say enough about how amazing this company is! I just had my kitchen updated and I wanted to rip up my entire downstairs floors out because I thought it was outdated and old-looking. I picked out something to replace it, but I knew in my heart the quality was not to par with what I had, (they make garbage today, fake stone).

Ladies, let me tell you why I chose this company, I come from a very large Italian family, and these floors have seen many Christmases and birthdays. and graduations here! To be honest, my floors were past the point of no return! The grout was dirty and the tile looked dull! I was done! I wanted to rip it all out! but I received a flyer in the mail about" "Sir Grout" and I thought maybe they could help, I was skeptical to use them at first because I was thinking "How can they save my floors? "They have been through so much!?" But ladies, I was wrong! If you are freaking out about how dirty your tile and grout is, don't fear! This company is amazing, and my floors look incredible! We just had all of our tile floors, a shower, and a large tub restored. We are pleased as punch with the results. All of them look brand new. I couldn't be happier.

We were very impressed with Jerome and Shawn, the technicians. They were efficient, well organized, and explained every step of the process. Most of all, both young men were cheerful and professional. The whole process went smoothly and timely.

We had Sir Grout out to remedy a constant reoccurring mold issue we had in a master shower. This is a new build and I wish I would have done this immediately but the builder told me they have sealant in the grout there is no need. Go figure they may or may not have but within several weeks we started seeing a problem. Sir Grout came out at the 10-month punch list and discovered several spots where the grout had cracks or gaps at the corner letting water get behind the grout resulting in a never-win battle. They removed the grout completely regrouped and sealed it all and added a non-slip additive to the shower floor. All this in one day. I'll be sending the bill to the builder but regardless the price was more than acceptable for the quality of work. You get what you pay for.

The team at Sir Grout did a great job from my initial call to them to walking us through the process to the actual work being done. On the day the job was executed and completed the men walked my dad and I through the details and allowed us to make color decisions on protecting the grout.

The guys who did the work were friendly and very professional. Sir Grout's pricing of the job was very reasonable and beat 3 of their competitors. I highly recommend using Sir Grout for taking care of your tiled floors.

Friends recommended Sir Grout when we were considering putting new tile in the home we had just purchased five years ago. They came in and did a masterful job, making our tile look brand new and saving us many thousands.
