I had Sir Grout come out as I needed some repairs done as well as cleaning, coloring, and sealing. Dirk came out to do the initial quote, Jerome came out and did the repairs and Shawn came out and handled the cleaning, coloring, and sealing. I always fret when contractors come out because you don't always know how the techs work ethics are. I was so impressed with these guys and this company. All 3 were outstanding, professional, and very meticulous with their work.

They were very prompt and they answered all my questions. They even cleaned up the areas they were working in. It is rare these days to have employees who actually care about the kind of work they do. The work that Jerome and Shawn did was fabulous. My floors look brand new again. I can't say enough good things about these guys and this company... Exceptional!
