This is the second time we have used Sir Grout. Dirk, the General Manager, provided an estimate after explaining all of our options. Our two technicians. Chris and Pedro were great. They showed up not only on time, but a bit early, and got right to work. They did a meticulous job of cleaning our floors and applying fresh grout stain. They were pleasant and professional the entire time. When the job was completed, Chris took time to explain the best care for our floor to keep it looking great. I highly recommend!

There was a mix-up on my end, so Chris started later than he had planned for. When he arrived, he assured me that sometimes it happens and there was no problem. We started in on finding a match for the grout. He was patient. I asked him to try a mix of colorants just to see how it would come out. He was game and it was pretty darn close. He tried to tweak it a bit with a 50/50 mix and to our surprise, it was nearly a match. We agreed to use that. Again, he was patient and let me make the suggestion. Even though he had a late start, he worked through the job without a break. I offered him some snacks, but he politely declined and continued to work. So, would I recommend Sir Grout? - ABSOLUTELY. I'm fussy and sometimes critical, but I am very pleased with the end result.

Chris and Chris showed up right on time to start the cleaning and the grout sealing process Color Seal. They were very courteous and professional. They moved every piece of furniture that I wanted and did so without hesitation. We have a glass dining room table with glass pedestals and they moved it with ease and caution. Everything was moved back to its place They were efficient and made sure we were satisfied before they left. My tile looks beautiful and it's restored back to what it looked like 12 years ago when it was installed. Very happy with the results.
Chris just left having regrouted my shower, and it's never looked better! Not only the grout, but the finish applied to the walls makes the entire shower just sparkle. And it took less time than estimated and was done professionally and brilliantly. I can't rave enough about Chris and Sir Grout!
