There was a mix-up on my end, so Chris started later than he had planned for. When he arrived, he assured me that sometimes it happens and there was no problem. We started in on finding a match for the grout. He was patient. I asked him to try a mix of colorants just to see how it would come out. He was game and it was pretty darn close. He tried to tweak it a bit with a 50/50 mix and to our surprise, it was nearly a match. We agreed to use that. Again, he was patient and let me make the suggestion. Even though he had a late start, he worked through the job without a break. I offered him some snacks, but he politely declined and continued to work. So, would I recommend Sir Grout? - ABSOLUTELY. I'm fussy and sometimes critical, but I am very pleased with the end result.

We hired Sir Grout to seal and protect tiles in our new condo. Dirk the manager, inspected our home and offered solutions and pricing. Once the options were picked a date and time was set. Chris and Chris showed up right on time to start the cleaning and the grout sealing process Color Seal. They were very courteous and professional. They moved every piece of furniture that I wanted and did so without hesitation. We have a glass dining room table with glass pedestals and they moved it with ease and caution. Everything was moved back to its place They were efficient and made sure we were satisfied before they left. My tile looks beautiful and it's restored back to what it looked like 12 years ago when it was installed. Very happy with the results.

Chris just left having regrouted my shower, and it's never looked better! Not only the grout, but the finish applied to the walls makes the entire shower just sparkle. And it took less time than estimated and was done professionally and brilliantly. I can't rave enough about Chris and Sir Grout!

Shower tile grout sealed and repaired by Jerome. Jerome did an amazing job and the shower looks brand new. Excellent service and scheduling by Dirk with follow up by text on email. Dirk arrived on time for estimate and Jerome arrived also exactly on time to start the job. Five Star for workmanship, the neatness, the politeness, the promptness. Dirk provided us with detailed information about how the shower would be cleaned and restored. He also explained the cleaning products we would be given to maintain our shower. Chris and his assistant who actually did the work were professional, neat, and kept us up to date on what they were doing. They also provided information about how to maintain the shower to keep it looking good.

We had all of our floors cleaned, sealed, and also had the tile regrouted in the bathroom shower. In addition, we had the tile and wall bottom molding re-caulked. Chris, Chris, and Pedro did an excellent job! Everything looks brand new! Thank you so much!
