The work done by Sir Grout is beyond compare. Jerome, Pedro, Chris, and Chris came to my home on time and worked all day energetically. I have 2,000 sq ft of tile and large countertops that required their work. They were finished in 6 hours and every piece of furniture was returned to the correct position. They carefully explained to me how to correctly care for my floors. My floors look new and I am following their instructions so they will stay this way for years. No more dirty grout!

This is the second time we have used Sir Grout. Dirk, the General Manager, provided an estimate after explaining all of our options. Our two technicians. Chris and Pedro were great. They showed up not only on time, but a bit early, and got right to work. They did a meticulous job of cleaning our floors and applying fresh grout stain. They were pleasant and professional the entire time. When the job was completed, Chris took time to explain the best care for our floor to keep it looking great. I highly recommend!

There was a mix-up on my end, so Chris started later than he had planned for. When he arrived, he assured me that sometimes it happens and there was no problem. We started in on finding a match for the grout. He was patient. I asked him to try a mix of colorants just to see how it would come out. He was game and it was pretty darn close. He tried to tweak it a bit with a 50/50 mix and to our surprise, it was nearly a match. We agreed to use that. Again, he was patient and let me make the suggestion. Even though he had a late start, he worked through the job without a break. I offered him some snacks, but he politely declined and continued to work. So, would I recommend Sir Grout? - ABSOLUTELY. I'm fussy and sometimes critical, but I am very pleased with the end result.
