His two workers were very professional and did a very good job with what we wanted. Our walk-in shower needed to be steam-cleaned and the grout redone. They did it all and it looks like a new shower!
We contacted Sir Grout to talk about cleaning and restoring the appearance of the grout in our home. I am very particular and love a clean home and after years of regular cleanings of the traditional method I felt that our grout still looked dingy. Dennis Hall from Sir Grout met us one evening to discuss their process and showed us samples of the colored grout sealer and how it would look on our tile. It looked brand new on the areas where he cleaned and applied a colored sealer! Needless to say, after discussing it we decided to move forward.
Sir Grout scheduled a day that was convenient for me to send their crew out. They were on time and very professional. They moved all of the furniture (carefully) out of the way so they could begin the impressive and intense level of cleaning of all the tile and grout. Thank you for a job well done. Dennis and Mike were very polite and very professional in their work and appearance. Even though our home is considered old by florida standards, and modest, it was treated with respect by mike and dennis by being carefull not to make or leave a mess. They also wore covers over their shoes. The tiles have never looked as good as when they were finished.

Cleaned all tile surfaces thoroughly, followed by changing grout color to my specifications, and then cleaning and buffing tile surfaces to a beautiful finish... looks like a brand new floor! Dennis, (field super.), spent time with me, (prior to the day of service), going over my color choice for the new color of the grout, showing me color samples applied to the grout, which made my decision precise. Workers arrived promptly at their expected time and worked the day, approx. 7hrs. to complete all of my tile floors. They were attentive to my questions and concerns. Before leaving, the crew walked the entire house with me of all surfaces that they treated to ensure my satisfaction.
