I was very pleased with the results of my new grout! The floor was horrible from a very bad job done a few months before, but it is amazing how nice it looks now! The men who did the work were very professional and courteous!
The experience with Sir Grout was excellent, from the salesperson Christopher, who gave us the quote, to the three technicians who did the job, Jerome, Sean, and Pedro, who worked very hard and were very informative.

I am so happy with my tile floors! Below are pictures of before and after. The grout was really bad, and we didn't know how to fix it. We were told by several tile and grout companies that you can't re-grout over old grout, and it's a huge expense to have it ground out and re-grouted. Many companies won't even consider it.
I called Sir Grout, whom I found through Google, and they have a newer process where they put a filler of some type in and color seal. It looks brand new! And has a guarantee. 🥰
