Chris was absolutely amazing. Arrived 10 minutes ahead of scheduled time; you usually have to wait hours for a service person to show up; pleasantly surprised he was there ready to go! He is very friendly and professional; thoroughly explaining how the process of tile cleaning, grout coloring and sealing would go. He did an excellent job, transforming our old tile and dark looking grout into a product that looks brand new. We would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone we know and want to give kudos to Chris; he was the best!

Jerome showed up on time, extremely precise and tidy while working, friendly and informative. Process is amazing, had a ton of mold in my shower, looks like a brand new shower, even cleaned and sealed my glass. Considering the cost to re-tile the whole shower, this was a great value.
This was a big job -lots of tile- and the team of two handled it very well. Mainly cleaning and color sealing 20 year old ceramic tile. They helped us choose the color and steered us away from one choice. They were right. One complication was that the previous owner's installer allowed excess caulk to remain in many places. It took such patience to scrape off all the excess caulk - and they stayed cheerfull about it. We are very happy we chose Sir Grout and recommend them with enthusiasm.
