We hired Sir Grout to seal our floor tile in our home. It started with Dirk visiting our home and explaining the process thoroughly. He provided not only what was to be done, but the "why" on why they were doing it. We then scheduled a visit for the job, and Jerome was on time and did a great job. He had even finished earlier than expected. Highly recommend them if you're wanting to protect your tile, and make it easier to keep clean.
Chris was very good at explaining and showing what he was doing. Kitchen floor looks great as does the hall and entrance. He is very efficient and knows what he's doing. Great Job.
