Chris was absolutely amazing. Arrived 10 minutes ahead of scheduled time; you usually have to wait hours for a service person to show up; pleasantly surprised he was there ready to go! He is very friendly and professional; thoroughly explaining how the process of tile cleaning, grout coloring and sealing would go. He did an excellent job, transforming our old tile and dark looking grout into a product that looks brand new.
