Wow, what a difference in my grout. My experience with this company has been amazing from the quick response for a quote to the time the job was completed. During the quote visit, the process was thoroughly explained and all of my questions were answered. The entire process actually saved me money because I was given an honest assessment on work that I thought needed to be done from another company, but was recommended that it was not necessary. No hard sale or pressure. When the work began, Jerome and Chris showed up on time, with masks and were very professional, courteous and respectful of my home. They also took the time to explain what they were doing during each step of the process. They did an incredible job and my floors look fabulous. Highly recommend.
The tile in my home looked so bad that I wanted to remove all tile and install either new tile or wood floors. I started getting pricing and it was something that I just did not want to deal with. The removal of tile is a huge project not to mention the costs involved. I contacted Sir Grout as the tile was fine it was just the grout that made the floors look dingy. Dennis came out, measured and gave me a price, which by the way was very fair. We then scheduled for the grout to be painted by his team members Chris and Jerome. They were on time on the date scheduled and by the end of the day, half of my home was completed. I couldn't believe it! My tile looked brand new and I couldn't wait for the rest of the tile to be completed. I'm so very happy with the results and the team at Sir Grout were so wonderful to work with. I would definitely suggest getting the grout redone if you hate your tile and want new floors, but don't want the mess and the cost involved. My floors are beautiful. I wish I had a before and after picture. So very happy! Thank you Sir Grout!
So glad we found Sir Grout! Dennis the General Manager, came out and did our initial quote, he was extremely kind and explanatory. We booked the job and they were out within two weeks. Jerome and Chris we're both very professional, nice, and informative. I felt it to be good quality work for a fair price. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this company to my friends!
Our two workmen Chris and Jerome worked together very well, very professional. The tile was not new, but after they finished the job, it was beautiful! 5 STARS! This company is terrific. Very timely, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, engaging, work ethic second to none. I could go on, but you get the picture. Our tumbled grout in travertine was challenging, but Chris and Jerome did a fantastic job. Looks brand new. A WOW factor for sure. I will say that it was a 3-day job and if you are able to leave for a mini-vacay, I would highly recommend it. All of the furniture, rugs and all are moved so every inch can be taken care of. Dennis Hall was the contact person and was very easy to reach and communicated well. Superb job, Sir Grout.
