Everything was explained in complete detail. If we didn't understand, they stayed with us until we did. Pictures were taken prior to procedure so everything would be returned to the original position. They made a stressful situation easy. I will always recommend Sir Grout to anyone who asks. Chris was friendly, prompt and informative. He went over the job with us to make sure we were in agreement on what was to be done and then after the job, he explained how to care for our refurbished tile. It looks great!
Team that re-grouted my shower were very professional. They explained everything they were going to do. When it was completed it looked like a brand new shower. After care was explained and cleaner was provided. You can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

We were really happy with the work Sir Grout did on our tile floor. This included cleaning, repair, color staining, and sealing. The staff were helpful and friendly and worked in an efficient and clean manner. They assisted moving some heavy pieces of furniture and the floors look wonderful !
