We had Sir Grout clean and seal all of our tile floors, and restore our shower stall. All of the staff we dealt with, on the phone, and in our home, were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The workers were on time, thorough, and cleaned up afterward. We were extremely happy with the results. They gave us comprehensive instructions, along with products to use in maintaining these surfaces. After paying in full, we noticed one spot that was of some concern, and they returned the very next business day and took care of it completely. I give them 5 stars, and recommend them to anyone seeking these services.
I've been in my newly-built home for almost 3 years, and I was disappointed that the tile looked so old and dirty. I was thinking about replacing them with something else but decided to get them cleaned and sealed first. John came to look and said they would clean up like "new". Although hopeful, I didn't quite believe him. But he was right. They are BEAUTIFUL and look even better than they did when they were new! My experience with Sir Grout was pleasant from the initial contact setting up the estimate appointment, John their representative who worked up the quote for our floors to be cleaned and sealed, and last but not least the great Job Chris and Jerome did in completing the job. Lindsey and Jerome were professional and friendly. They did a great job cleaning, grouting and sealing both the master bathroom; guest bathroom tile floors, shower and tub.
