Lynn, Chris, and Jerome were exceptional in their professionalism and work while they spent two days re-newing all of the slate and ceramic tiles/floors both inside and outside of a Florida waterfront residence I recently purchased. They positively took time to make sure all work was top quality and were kind throughout both days proactively explaining the various steps they were taking to renew the floors. The end result is a home interior that looks as new as the day the residence was first built. Would I recommend Sir Grout? Definitely. Would I make use of Sir Grout's services in the future? Definitely.

John, the General Manager came to give me an estimate, he not only gave me an estimate on the 28th but gave me a date of the 1st of March to do the job. Unheard of this time of the year. Lucky me. Lindsay and two other workers were here as promised 8 AM. Wonderful staff. Their work was exceptional. I got the feeling that they really enjoyed their job. They left around 3:30 pm. Long day for the crew. Clean up was great. I highly recommend John and his staff for all tile and grout work. This was the second time I hired Sir Grout. They also worked on the tile in my other home.
