Because replacing all the tile in our home, which was built in 1985, was cost prohibitive, we looked into other avenues to clean the extremely dirty grout. Sir Grout came in, gave us a quote and a date to complete the services. They just completed their work yesterday, and the employees were competent, hard-working and courteous. Sir Grout employees went above and beyond our expectations. They were very flexible as to our needs, when selecting where we wanted the Cleaning and Grout change to start. They were very friendly; worked very hard throughout the entire two days here; took pictures of the entire house in order to make sure that when they moved furniture, they would put it back in the original position. The process of keeping our Tile and Grout looking great for years to come, was thoroughly explained to us, and how simple it is when using the Sir Grout cleaning fluid.
