We had a wonderful experience with Sir Grout. We had most of our tile (all white) done. I interviewed three other companies. One even said it was so bad, they couldn't do anything and we would just have to get new tile. We were pleased with the service from the start with Sir Grout. John was pleasant and very informative. He tried very hard to work with our busy schedule. Anytime I had a question after, he got back to me very quickly. We had three people come and do the work, Lindsey, Zak, and Chris. They all worked very hard. They showed up right when they said they would also! I waited to do my review because I wanted to make sure even after several weeks it looked as good as it did when they left and it does! I am extremely pleased. We will get on their schedule for our showers in the near future. I highly recommend them.

I hired Sir Grout to clean and color seal my tile floor and both bathrooms. The end result was amazingly different. Clean, neat, shiny, very fresh looking. I was happy with the service. Lindsey and Zach are an awesome team. Both Lindsey and Zach were very kind and hard working. They take pride in what they do and really try pleasing the customer. John was my salesman and he knows his product and believes in what he sells. I liked John very much. The whole experience was worth the entire day it took to transform my condo.

We just had our entire downstairs tile done by the Sir Grout Team. The results are amazing! especially want to compliment Zac, Lindsey, and Kevin for their professionalism and on time performance. They were very customer focused and did a swift and high quality job of cleaning and color-sealing 2,000 sq ft of tile. Looks like new!

Sir Grout just completed kitchen, dining area, and two bathrooms, plus tile in the showers. The transformation is amazing. Kudos to Lindsay who spent most of the day in my shower. It's like an artwork when she finished. Zach and Mike work relentless to make my place sparkle and moved my furniture back exactly as I had it. I agree, it's a slightly higher, but the work is like none other. If it last 10 years, then it's a great deal. I used another company 3 years ago, because Sir Grout was more $$. Did not make it 4 years. Got what I paid for. Back with Sir Grout.

The work was excellent. I felt that it was expensive, but if the grout truly stays clean for 10 plus years as they claim, then overall it is worth the money. My travertine floors look brand new.

Lisa did a fabulous job. She was very pleasant, accommodating and professional. Such a nice surprise to see a woman do this kind of work and more importantly, to do it so well. Hope this doesn't sound sexist, it's not meant to be.
