John, the General Manager came to give me an estimate, he not only gave me an estimate on the 28th but gave me a date of the 1st of March to do the job. Unheard of this time of the year. Lucky me. Lindsay and two other workers were here as promised 8 AM. Wonderful staff. Their work was exceptional. I got the feeling that they really enjoyed their job. They left around 3:30 pm. Long day for the crew. Clean up was great. I highly recommend John and his staff for all tile and grout work. This was the second time I hired Sir Grout. They also worked on the tile in my other home.

Our satisfied experience started with John Royal when he arrived to give us an estimate. He was very professional and explained everything in detail which included a demonstration of the grout cleaning and color sealing. Next, we were very impressed with the professionalism and great work done by Lindsey, Chris, and Christian. They were very helpful with us moving furniture, etc. Around while they completed their tasks of cleaning, and sealing all of our floors and both shower areas. Our showers and floors look better now then when they were new and we know that they are cleaned and sealed properly! We would strongly recommend that you use Sir Grout for your needs! We needed the grout, wall and floor tiles cleaned and sealed in three bathrooms and the grout and floor tiles cleaned and sealed in our kitchen, laundry room, hallway, pantry and closets. Lynsdey and Chris worked hard and we are happy with the results. If we follow the maintenance program as described by Lyndsey, we expect that our tile and grout will look as beautiful five or more years down the road as it does today. If it does, it will be well worth the expense.
