We bought a new home and it was recommended that we have all tile and grout sealed. We researched our options and called Sir Grout. John came to our home before closing to explain the process and to take measurements. You couldn't ask for a nicer man. He scheduled our project and told us who our technicians would be. At exactly the scheduled time, Angel and Chuck arrived and did a walk through with us. I must admit, we were rather skeptical that we would be able to notice any improvement. I mean, it was a brand new place. When I walked in the door, I couldn't believe how beautiful our floors and showers looked! I am no longer a doubter; I'm a believer! Dennis and David did a fabulous job on my dirty grout. I have beautiful 18" Spanish tile which looked awful because the grout had turned a dirty brown. They cleaned and painted it, sealed it and showed me how to clean it and keep it looking that way. They were very nice to work with moving a lot of furniture and putting it back exactly where it was. I would recommend them highly.
