Dennis, the local owner, was the one I contracted with. We spoke on the phone, then had an in person meeting to develop the estimate. The only issue we experienced was the day before the cleaning was scheduled Dennis called and had to reschedule. He then proceeded to blame me, indicating it my schedule that caused the issue. Mind you, I called him on 11/26 and requested a cleaning before 12/12. My preference was a Saturday, but I attempted to be flexible and scheduled it for a Friday. We worked it out and they came on 12/6 and did a good job, but the scheduling was a bit challenging. Chuck, his employee, worked hard and efficiently. He was polite and did a great job. I'd likely use them again.
The workers arrived on time, introduced themselves and wore booties. They explained the process and what they would be doing. They moved furniture and applied the liquid cleaner. They dried the tile and began to apply the stain and sealer to the grout line. They took their time and were very professional. Upon completion they moved the furniture back. The tile floor looked great like it did when it was first put down in our house. They completely cleaned up and there was no evidence they were there.

Cleaned, the tile floors throughout the home, then they added acrylic tile paint. The job resulted in brand new appearing floor, grout and tile after 20 plus years of wear and tear.
