I am very pleased with Sir Grout, they did my floors in the kitchen, hallway, lanai and two bathrooms. The results were excellent and every time I look at the floors I am happy, they look new again. The two young men that did the work were so polite and accommodating to my needs.
We had contacted Sir Grout about cleaning and sealing tile and grout that had been flooded due to Irma. Here in SWFL every contractor is working overtime to catch up since the storm and has a 2-3 week waiting list. John from Sir Grout was able to meet me 3 days after I called and within 2 days he had Zack and Ricardo at our job doing what they do best. 24 hours later we had a floor that looked better than new. Sir Grout did a very good job on cleaning and sealing the tiles in several baths and my laundry room. Three techs (Chuck, Zach, and Mike) were on time and finished within approx. six hours. The master bath looks brand new!
