Our two workmen Chris and Jerome worked together very well, very professional. The tile was not new, but after they finished the job, it was beautiful! Our tumbled grout in travertine was challenging, but Chris and Jerome did a fantastic job. Looks brand new. A WOW factor for sure. I will say that it was a 3-day job and if you are able to leave for a mini-vacay, I would highly recommend it. All of the furniture, rugs and all are moved so every inch can be taken care of. Dennis Hall was the contact person and was very easy to reach and communicated well. Superb job, Sir Grout.
