Everything was explained in complete detail. If we didn't understand, they stayed with us until we did. Team that re-grouted my shower were very professional. They explained everything they were going to do. When it was completed it looked like a brand new shower. After care was explained and cleaner was provided. You can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend!
