I don't usually do reviews but our experience with Sir Grout was 5 stars! Before Jerome and Chris came in, our travertine floor grout was very stained from years of wear and tear. Within 8 hours and we had a lot of floors to cover they made our tile look brand new, and bonus: They moved all of our furniture and put it back in place, very reasonable price and worth every penny! Note: we were told by another company because our grout was epoxy, it could not be cleaned but Sir Grout was able to paint a new grout color on and seal it with years of no staining.
Chris did a very nice job on our grout throughout our condo. He was very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend this company. We are very pleased.

Our entire experience from the beginning with Dirk providing us with a quote to the big day when our entire home was done with Jerome and his 2 assistants Richard and Rich was nothing but the very best. Even when there were small issues on that day they were quickly and fully resolved to our 100% satisfaction. Chris was friendly, prompt and informative. He went over the job with us to make sure we were in agreement on what was to be done and then after the job, he explained how to care for our refurbished tile. It looks great!
Team that re-grouted my shower were very professional. They explained everything they were going to do. When it was completed it looked like a brand new shower. After care was explained and cleaner was provided. You can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend!
