Sir grout came out and gave me a price. I was in a time crunch and they were able in schedule me in with a good price. They showed up and were very professional. They were careful with my furniture. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Very refreshing.
The Sir Grout Team, 4 people, did a very professional and efficient job in cleaning and restoring our tile flooring, about 1500 square feet. They were well organized and protected our furnishings and rugs. They were easy to work with and very neat in their process. It is a bit costly but the results essentially brought the floors to a new appearance. Highly recommended!

I had my complete downstairs and bathrooms and laundry room upstairs done. It looks great. The techs were Ricky, Mike, and Zack, they worked nonstop, very informative,polite, and made sure everything was just right. I can't say enough about the techs, and the completed job. My master shower and tiled tub enclosure looks better than it did brand new. Would not hesitate to recommend well worth the cost.

We highly recommend Sir Grout. From the very beginning, John was very polite and thoroughly walked us through the whole process explaining the chemical balance of the cleaners they use to how they scrub and color seal the grout. Zach and Ricky showed up on time and were engaging and polite. They exceeded expectations and Zach even accommodated our need to come back to complete sealing our shower grout and tile as our remodel had not yet been complete.
I highly, highly recommend Sir Grout! We were very impressed with the professionalism from the very beginning; initially speaking with John to the two gentlemen who arrived to do their magic - Chuck and Michael. Lead time was fantastic (approximately within a week or so from inital contact) and they finished all in one day. They even wore booties over their shoes! They completed our main area consisting of dining room, kitchen, living room, laundry room, storage area, furnace cupboard, lanai, as well as three and a half bathroom floors. The transformation was amazing and we are very happy with the results. It's like night and day from the original condition of our tiles. Very, very pleased!
