The work Sir Grout did on cleaning and color sealing our whole-house tile floors (plus two shower enclosures and kitchen backsplash) exceeded our expectations. And, given that Sir Grout's was the highest of the bids we got, our expectations were high. But we went with Sir Grout because they offered longer-lasting materials and processes the others didn't, said they could move and reset all furnishings, believed they could do the whole job in two days, and offered a solid warranty from a leading franchise in the chain. Boy, did they deliver! The crew - three one day and four the next - was on-time, courteous, careful and diligent with a labor-intensive yet precise task. And even a few minor grout touch-ups were handled by Sir Grout within 12 hours. It was truly a pleasure having them in our home. Worth every penny. Extremely thorough and diligent. Did entire living area (1700 square feet) and the result is striking. Not only are the floors immaculately clean now, the grout recoloring and sealing is like magic. The floors are 20 years old and they look new. Very professional, and they moved all the furniture!
