We had the most pleasant experience with Sir Grout's Zack and his two very capable assistants. They arrived on schedule at 7:30am and these three men went about their work in a very professional manner. All rooms were photographed prior to moving all of the furniture and area rugs to our lanai or garage. The photos helped as they moved all of the furniture back into our home after their tile and grout work was finished. They were not finished until 4:30pm and they worked non-stop except for a short lunch break. I believe ours was a large job as we have about 1600 sq. feet of tile and the master shower. We would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone needing their tile and grout made to look brand new. Thank you Zack and crew!
Excellent. The crew of three arrived promptly at 7:30am and worked for eight hours straight. Each person worked independently except for removing all of the furniture and carpets to the lanai. We were very pleased. Worth the work accomplished.
