The crew was very punctual and wore booties in the house. They worked quickly and efficiently and were very thorough about the cleaning, removing stains on the tile even in the mechanical room off the laundry, which was quite marked up from having the water heater and air handler replaced. They did an excellent job of it, making may floors look better than new. I am so happy with their work.

A little over a year ago Sir Grout cleaned and colored all of the grout in our home that we bought from a foreclosure sale. I don't have to tell you what shape the floors were in. This past Friday, July 22nd, was a wonderful day thanks to Sir Grout! We wanted to share our story so others may choose this company for future reference. My husband and I have tile flooring throughout our home, excluding the bedrooms. Immediately after purchasing our place we sealed, with our hands on our knees, all the tile grout lines and kept cleaning them. The dirt still accumulated and grew increasingly deep within the grout. So, we scheduled an appointment with Brian, a representative from Sir Grout, who successfully convinced us with a visual demonstration to try their product and process. To our amazement, a very difficult job was performed by Chuck and Angel who did excellent and outstanding work on all our tile flooring. They went above and way beyond serving us in every aspect. I specifically appreciated Chuck touching up and repeating efforts in one area of the kitchen which was caused be an appliance vendor. It truly made a difference and says so much about his desire for customer satisfaction. Everyone on the staff was friendly, courteous, and genuine in wanting to help us.
