Sir Grout just completed our Master Bath shower. It had become very hard to maintain, and needed a professional to repair the issue. We had the job estimated on 6-22 and it was completed on 6-29. The two technicians were very professional and respected our environment, and did a wonderful job!! The bath shower looks better than the day we bought the house! Plus the instructions and the cleaning product provided for care and maintenance was a great touch!

I recently had Sir Grout redo about 1200 sq. ft. of tile that had been down for about 12 years. I knew it was dirty and the grout was embarrassing. I told them that I wanted a baby to be able to crawl on the floor. I have no babies. I can tell you that Angel and Chuck did just that. The tile floor looks better than when it was first put down. I cannot say enough about the workmanship of these men. I recommend them and I am almost overly critical when necessary. Necessary has not been the case. I am a happy camper!

We had Sir Grout professionals at our home today to clean the floor tile and grout, fix any grout cracks, recolor and seal the grout and tile throughout out entire main living area that included the family room, kitchen, living and dining rooms, hallways and even in the closets off of those areas. Why? We have lived here full time now since 2007 and it was time...especially in the kitchen and other high traffic areas. Angel and Chuck arrived at 7am and didn't stop until they finished the job at 1:30. They were very professional yet also friendly...a nice combination, while I worked in my office. If they had any questions, or if I did, all were answered and/or explained. They moved furniture and replaced it in exactly the same places...I could go on and on. They did an amazing job and I would HIGHLY recommend their services. This company was professional from the time we got our quote right through the time the job was completed. I would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone! I can honestly say that "we could eat off the floor" right now!! The cost /benefit analysis would most certainly hold up. Thanks so much!!!

Today I was wow'd by Sir Grout! Not that I'm easily impressed by contractors; but Sir Grout is several levels above many contractors who have a claim to fame and truly should be ashamed of their name. Sir Grout came ready for work, had a plan and an expert group of tile experts who carried out their plan, and then some. The "then some" , you may ask? Let me explain. Many contractors come with a work order and just complete the job contracted. Sir Grout came, looked at the house tiles wherever they carefully tread. Pointed out what was ordered, what actually needed to be done to make things more presentable and functional and went about doing exactly that. The job was completed in a timely manner, within cost, and before departing ensured that I had a clear awareness and understanding of the proper care and maintenance of the tile work completed as well as that which existed. All I can say is 'WOW'. Sir Grout came out last week and did all of tile grout in my condo. The outcome is spectacular... It literally looks like new. I'd especially like to shout out a HUGE compliment to Chuck and Angel, the experts who came over to do the job. They were extremely professional, friendly and very trustworthy. They definitely 'went the extra mile' to make sure the job was done perfectly. I would highly recommend Sir Grout for any floor surface restoration. They are a '10'!!

We bought a new home and it was recommended that we have all tile and grout sealed. We researched our options and called Sir Grout. John came to our home before closing to explain the process and to take measurements. You couldn't ask for a nicer man. He scheduled our project and told us who our technicians would be. At exactly the scheduled time, Angel and Chuck arrived and did a walk through with us. I must admit, we were rather skeptical that we would be able to notice any improvement. I mean, it was a brand new place. When I walked in the door, I couldn't believe how beautiful our floors and showers looked! I am no longer a doubter; I'm a believer! Great people, great product, great job!
