We have ivory tile throughout the house which had become very ugly with grout that once was almond colored but now was dark and dirty and impossible to clean. The guys from Sir Grout were here from 7 am to 3 pm and when they left it looked like we had new floors. The pedestals to the dining table weigh 400+ lbs each but Sir Grout moved them with little effort. No mess! No fuss! We are delighted with the results. Thanks Chuck and Angel.

The crew was very punctual and wore booties in the house. They worked quickly and efficiently and were very thorough about the cleaning, removing stains on the tile even in the mechanical room off the laundry, which was quite marked up from having the water heater and air handler replaced. They did an excellent job of it, making may floors look better than new. I am so happy with their work.

A little over a year ago Sir Grout cleaned and colored all of the grout in our home that we bought from a foreclosure sale. I don't have to tell you what shape the floors were in. I spent a week on my hands and knees scrubbing grout with an acid to no avail. After Sir Grout, I couldn't believe my eyes! My floors are beautiful and so easy to clean. Now they are doing showers so I set up another appointment without hesitation. They are personable, professional, and experts at their work. We were very lucky to have Angel come in to do our showers. Such a friendly guy who is very fussy and particular about getting the job done right. He explained everything and worked nonstop until the job was completed. Everything was left in mint condition and it is obvious how much pride he takes in his work. This past Friday, July 22nd, was a wonderful day thanks to Sir Grout! We wanted to share our story so others may choose this company for future reference. My husband and I have tile flooring throughout our home, excluding the bedrooms. Immediately after purchasing our place we sealed, with our hands on our knees, all the tile grout lines and kept cleaning them. The dirt still accumulated and grew increasingly deep within the grout. So, we scheduled an appointment with Brian, a representative from Sir Grout, who successfully convinced us with a visual demonstration to try their product and process. To our amazement, a very difficult job was performed by Chuck and Angel who did excellent and outstanding work on all our tile flooring. They went above and way beyond serving us in every aspect. I specifically appreciated Chuck touching up and repeating efforts in one area of the kitchen which was caused be an appliance vendor. It truly made a difference and says so much about his desire for customer satisfaction. Everyone on the staff was friendly, courteous, and genuine in wanting to help us. From our experience, we most highly recommend them!

Seeing is believing! My shower was just awful and Sir Grout transformed a dingy, worn out bathroom into a brand new space. I was very impressed with their work and would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking to upgrade their bathroom without the huge expense of tearing out everything and starting over again. Today I had my ceramic tile and grout cleaned and sealed by Sir Grout of SW Florida. The results were outstanding. The tile and grout looks like new and really improves the appearance of the home. Angel was the technician performing the service and I would recommend him to anyone. He was thorough, professional, courteous and clearly took personal pride in his work. He took the time to do the job right and the results show it. Well worth the money!
